County Technical Assistance Service, a division of the University of Tennessee, needed a comprehensive site to house 2,000+ pages of reference material for the county employees they serve.  Avelex used the powerful Drupal CMS to create a custom application that incorporates multi-faceted searching, advanced workflow, and the automatic creation of printable .pdfs.
