Through the assessment process, Creative Operational Concepts provides a detailed report including recommendations for enhancing both equipment, and necessary protocols. In addition, a briefing of findings and suggested solutions are presented to pertinent personnel.

We conducts video audits of employee behavior for both operational safety and guest service. The audits are conducted in a mystery shopper style. Our identity is revealed to management once the audit is complete. A full report is provided in addition to the film footage. A full overview of report and film is conducted with management. The goal of the audit is to get a true picture of front-line in the field performance which is very important to the guest experience. Management uses the audit process as a benchmark for performance. During the briefing process corrections are identified for management training and coaching.
